  • Owned and led a hospitality and live entertainment venue delivering approximately 100 live performances, private functions, and themed experiences annually, from booking and advancing through execution and closeout.
  • Recruited, onboarded, trained, and coached a seasonal team of 7 to 12 covering bartenders, servers, barbacks, operations leads, and event personnel; set clear expectations, gave ongoing performance feedback, and held staff accountable to service standards.
  • Created a structured digital onboarding program plus SOP libraries, station procedures, opening and closing standards, and staff-facing iPad tools integrating reservations, recipes, inventory, and costing.
  • Managed the full financial picture: event budgets, estimates, deposits, purchasing, vendor invoices, artist fees, labor costs, and reconciliation through QuickBooks Online and Square POS.
  • Coordinated performers, booking partners, vendors, and technicians; resolved live issues and schedule changes without disrupting the guest experience.
