Built it, then ran it
I founded and ran Venetian Soda Lounge in Burlington, Vermont, which opened in August 2022. A seasonal team of seven to twelve people, and roughly a hundred live performances, private functions and themed experiences a year. The service standards, the training systems and the operational tools were all built from scratch, because none of them existed.
